How I Stay Fit Between Races | Daily Routine

Here's a cut and dry, no words video of what a typical day looks like 6 weeks out from my sub 2:30 marathon attempt. On Wednesday's I have an easy run in between my workouts on Tuesday/Thursday. I started running without music. Then I started using music as routes were getting boring. Back to running after months but my brain goes, 30 mins path, 3 mins songs so that's 10 songs.. it's half of 3rd one so I got 6 more and so on. Try without music again and it's been good so far... probably will go back to music after few months 😅

I weighed 216, after 20 miles I weighed 211. That was drinking 4 bottles of water during. Also it was 70's into 80's temp.
You need to be pulling so your whole neck is above the bar and be completely locking out at the bottom.
I run with 30lbs on its tough i do up to 5 miles with it on , makes your none weighted runs easy lol

Maurten gels are gross, taste bad, chunky and like a thick Jello. Also sat in my stomach and did not agree with me. However, the Maurten drink mix powders are great. The BPN gel taste and texture is best for me, also doesn't sit in my stomach.
Coconut water is definitely a hack, especially in the warmer months!

Very impressive! I’ve done Murph many times and it is quite the challenge for sure. A few critiques, you weren’t reaching full extension at the bottom portion of your pull ups and it did not look like you were fueling extending on the top of your squats. However the camera angle for the squats made it harder to see for sure. You still crushed it so be proud!!
